The Pollak Library has over 430 computers located throughout the library that are available for students, faculty, staff and community use. Users must login to the computers using their portal login and password. Guest logins are available for community members. Visitors begin the guest registration process at the designated guest registration computers on the first floor of Library North.
The majority of the computers in the library are located in the ILC and the Titan Lab. The ILC, located on the 1st floor of Library North, is a staffed computer area with over 130 workstations. The Titan Lab, located in the basement of Library North, has over 200 computer workstations. The Student Genius Corner (SGC), located in the Titan Lab, offers a wide range of services including technical assistance and support services.
During peak times in the semester areas like the Information & Learning Commons (ILC) and the Titan Lab can become impacted. You can check computer availability ahead of time to find where the open computers are located.
Student laptops can be checked out at the ILC Support Desk PLN 1st floor. Laptops are loaned out for 4 hours at a time, which can be extended for additional time. This service is only available to current students. You must present your TitanCard upon checkout.
