Application Guidelines
Applications must include the following:

Checklist.
-
Application cover sheet for individual
papers/projects
OR
Application cover sheet
for team papers/projects
-
A 350-500
word essay describing your research strategies and use of library resources and
services. See Essay Requirements.
-
Faculty support form.
-
Final
version of paper or project including works cited, references, or bibliography
in APA, MLA, Chicago, or other recognized style.
a. Papers: Submit a printed copy of your complete paper. Papers should be approximately
7-20 pages in length.
b. Online
projects:
Submit a print-out of the first page with URL visible on the page. (If the
project was created in BlackBoard, you will need to supply the entire document.
Judges will not have access to your BlackBoard account.)
c.
CD/DVD
projects:
Submit a copy of the project in the desired format.
d.
Other
formats: Please
send an e-mail describing the format of your project to
wbreitbach@fullerton.edu.
There
are two ways to submit your application:
I. In
person: Bring
your complete application, enclosed in an envelope, to the Library
Administration Office, located on the 2nd floor of Pollak Library
South.
II.
By
mail:
Mail your complete application to the following address:

You will receive a
confirmation e-mail within 2-3 days of receipt of your application. To be
considered for the prize, applications must be received by
4:00 pm on
Friday, April 11, 2008. Late applications will not be considered.
