Course Honors 497
Supporting Faculty Michelle Barr, M.S.

Anastasia wrote a thorough and well-written literature review focusing on the use of analogies to teach science. She did an excellent job integrating sources as she documented research on the use of analogies in teaching. The paper ends with suggestions for further research on the effectiveness of analogies in teaching.

Comments from Michelle Barr's support letter:

“Anastasia's dedication and diligence to the entire research process has been quite impressive.... In short, Ana has done as a junior level student what we want our graduate students to do in terms of writing a literature review."
